A potent and highly selective human CCR2 (hCCR2) antagonist (IC₅₀ = 3.7 nM, 4.7 nM, and 84 nM for monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 binding to hCCR2, chemotaxis activity, inhibition of the hERG potassium current, respectively).
